Exchanges & Returns

Customers have 14 business days from receipt of your order to mail exchanges or returns.
We do not offer return postage for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Instructions:

1. Order the correct size/style needed from our website: www.HawaiianShirtsInc.com. 
This will ensure that your replacement order will arrive in a timely manner.

2. Mail the un-worn/unwashed with tags attached item(s) being returned along with a
copy of your packing slip and or confirmation email showing your order number to:

3. Upon receipt of your returned items, we will issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account for the amount of item(s) on your original purchase minus shipping. Refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process.
